This might be the most unique 1/1 autograph we’ve ever seen. During Friday’s Indiana Pacers playoff game against the Milwaukee Bucks, a fan got Caitlin Clark, the former Iowa Hawkeyes superstar who was selected No. 1 overall by the Indiana Fever in the 2024 WNBA Draft, to autograph her ultrasound.

“Caitlin Clark’s youngest fan,” the Indiana Fever posted on X (formerly Twitter). “[A] fan asked @CaitlinClark22 to sign her ultrasound at tonight’s @Pacers game.”
Anything and everything Caitlin Clark is a hot commodity in the hobby world. Earlier this month, three game-used chairs Clark sat in during the Big Ten Tournament sold for nearly $9,000.
Collectors are also hoping to get their hands on a Clark game-worn jersey from her final collegiate season at Iowa. Chase Jordan, known as @goatcollect on Twitter, is putting out a $150,000 bounty for one.

Clark already holds the claim for the most expensive women’s basketball card of all-time when her 2022 Bowman University Superfractor 1/1 autograph sold for $78,000 during an auction through PWCC Marketplace this past January.
Clark has an exclusive deal with Panini that began at the beginning of April. Sportico reports Clark will make more than $1 million in the first year of the deal. However, future payments will be based on the amount of product Panini creates.
And those million-dollar deals don’t end there for Clark. The basketball sensation is set to ink a $28 million endorsement deal with Nike, according to The Athletic.
Clark and the Fever started their first day of training camp Sunday. Clark makes her WNBA regular season debut on Tuesday, May 14, at the Connecticut Sun.
